This company has done a great job with customer service. The watch came relatively quick with accurate tracking. The watch does look good and function great. I am a bit disappointed however, with the overall feel of the watch. It is light weight and does not feel genuine. The diamonds are obvious CZs. I did order a second watch which I expect to be more happy with, a PP . The gold rolex is tough to imitate. I do not feel confident enough to wear this watch where I may be questioned on it.
