I purchased this watch hope it will be my everyday watch and when it showed up I was excited tried it on to see how many links to take out.so I so happy to get it adjust I took it to 2 different jewelers and they wasn’t able to take any links out due to th pins that secure the band. After being turn down twice I call replicafactory.cn to see how they could resolve my problem. So after a few days of contacting and waiting they emailed me letting me know they were going to send out another bracelet free of charge and offered to take the links out so I let them. Here is the thing I think they also ran into problems with this particular band on this watch because the order for the band kept saying shipped then delayed 3 times until they got it right or something about that band. All on all its my second favorite watch but it took me almost 2 months to enjoy it because I have a small wrist and those may possibly be bad bracelets so I’m giving it a 4 for those reasons.
