I ordered this watch about two months ago. It shipped out and made it to my local post office but it never reached me. I contacted them and talked to their customer service line. They understood everthing and after waiting another week to make sure the watch wasnt making it to me, they promptly sent out another one. I recieved it within a week and after adjusting the band i fell in love with it. Now when my friends ask me how much it was i reply arount 10k. And the funny thing is, they believe it! I highly recommend this watch. I now completely trust this site due to the way they solved my issue. 5 stars for the product and 10 stars for their amazing customer service!

Product performance & quality ok since its replica. But when I adjust the bracelet length, is impossible to turn the link screw out not even one,all of it , I even take it to the watch repair same, finally he has to drill the screws the cause me to paid $20 to fix it. I found specially the gold plated bracelet had this problem.
