1st time purchasing from website. Great quality watch, didn’t purchase original rolex box with my purchase. Ended up adjusting bracelet and did not use loctite. The bracelet fell off while wearing, spoke with customer service and they sent a bracelet without much questioning. Received after about 3 weeks. Since then the watch has been good to me. Every so often I have to wind it.

I have just opened my package and I’m totally amazed with the watch. Excellent detail,no difference with the original one and good materials used too.I’m wearing the watch with no fear of stealing.The only thing that i can mention as a minor con is that the watches in general are not waterproof and i wish in the future the site to unleash waterproof watches even for 5m depth.
