I ordered the second on with a different band and had a slight issue with it and I mean slight. The first clasp would not completely shut or snap shut as the lock hole needed to be bigger. I called their customer service and explained my concern and they sent me a whole complete band….not the clasp but the entire bracelet band. I was blown away and it took 8 days total to get it. Fantastic customer service and completely satisfied.
